During his time at the agency the main client was Clayton Donaldson of Birmingham City. He helped with the process of getting Clayton on the Jamaican national team while Winfried Schäfer was the coach.

He later restructured Jasports Multimedia into a full service football agency. He also formed a company in the USA called Sports, Technology and Entertainment to manage the financial side of the business for signed clients.
